For the past 5 years, his main focus has been providing agile/lean coaching, training and support to organisations transitioning to agile. |

Paul Conray |
Paul is currently CTO at Square1.io, a software development company in Dublin, having most recently been Director of Product and Engineering at Daft.ie.
In over 8 years at the Distilled Media Group (Daft.ie, Boards.ie, Adverts.ie and TheJournal.ie), Paul gained extensive experience leading agile transitions within some of Ireland's busiest websites. He's a big believer in continuous improvement and helping teams become more than the sum of their parts.

Jack Strong |
Responsible for increasing and maintaining revenue streams for LeanKit in Europe. Lean philosophies, methods and tools are used to continuously improve value and performance for existing and potential clients.
Prior to this working with NSK for 10 years, responsible for business and manufacturing system development and implementation across Europe. NSK are a global Japanese Manufacturer of Bearings and other motion and control equipment, a Tier 1 Automotive supplier to among others Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen.

Clodagh Doherty |
Over her career Clodagh has worked in several Project Management roles. Clodagh joined Ocuco in January 2010 as a Senior Project Manager, became Programme Director at the end 2010 and took up the reins as Development Director also in 2011 managing Ocuco's Global De-velopment and Project Management Office. As a firm believer in the benefit of process and continual improvement Clodagh has explored in her time in Ocuco taking the best of Lean Processes and then subsequently Lean Agile processes to reduce waste, gain efficiencies and build the most successful Global Software development team in the Optics industry.

Siobhain Maughan |
Siobhan is the founder of IntegratedThinking and has over 20 years experience in the software industry. As Vice President of Product Management at Openet, Siobhan was responsible for the entire portfolio of Openet's products. She was directly responsible for building a team to manage product strategic direction reflecting both external market needs and Openet’s corporate strategy. Siobhan has clearly demonstrated the ability and focus to drive and manage significant organizational change within a large, distributed software company and was key to the evolution of Product Management within Openet.
Siobhan chaired the Irish Software Association's Product Management Working Group - established to promote the development of the product management discipline within the indigenous software industry in Ireland. The group is directly responsible for the establishment of the Masters and Diploma in Product Management with DIT Aungier St.
With practical hands-on experience of Agile Product Management, Siobhan has spoken at many industry events on the topic. She is also a founding member of the ISA Product Management Forum – a collaborative assembly of Product Management industry peers.
Siobhan’s proven technical expertise has allowed her to gain the respect of engineering teams across a number of companies and to bridge the gap between technical, commercial and marketing disciplines. She has the demonstrated ability and focus to drive and manage significant organizational change within a large, distributed software company and in her new role with IntegratedThinking provides mentorship and guidance to C-level stakeholders on the organization changes needed to drive an effective product management discipline.
Since the establishment of her consultancy business in October 2013 Siobhan has been providing in-house mentoring to scaling companies such as Aspire and has delivered workshops for Enterprise Ireland.

In construction I managed various small-medium projects that mostly concentrated on suspended ceilings, partitions and plastering so I like to think I understand project management concerns.
In IT I have strong development, tool and process experience due to a varied exposure to the implementation lifecycle. |
