Tailoring PRINCE2 for Agile

Biography

I am an Agile Team facilitator practitioner. For the last 23 years I have been working on Information Technology projects. For the past 11 years I am into Project Management and working in Agile for last 6 years. I have worked in both US and UK on various IT Projects with IT majors like HP, IBM, British Telecom to name a few. I hold PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, CSP certifications. I am EXIN's accredited trainer for PRINCE2, MSP and Agile Scrum. On my weekends, I train participants in PRINCE2, MSP, PMP and Agile Scrum. Currently I am working on a Global scaled agile project for an Automobile Major. I have been successfully using and tailoring PRINCE2 for my Agile projects and adding value to the organization and bringing a common understanding for all stakeholders.
