Biography

Elisabeth Ducarre, Agile & Lean Coach, has over 25 years experience in the field of software development and process improvement. After an assignment of more than 2 years as an offshore coordinator in Bangalore deploying Agile methods, SCRUM and XP, between India and France, she specialized in Lean Management while following a "Master in Ethical Leadership© Development" in order to add the dimension of “savoir-être” (knowing how to be) skills, leadership and consideration of the human factor in effective change management.

Description

This workshop complements the « Human Centered Lean management » presentation session. It will allow those interested to discover how to implement some of the concepts, tools and complementary skills in order to include the human factor in change management. After a first session understanding Lean Management and on “savoir-être” (knowing how to be), we will use different practices like facilitation techniques, qualitative communication, etc… to perform interactive scenarios.
