Elisabeth Ducarre, Agile & Lean Coach, has over 25 years experience in the field of software development and process improvement. After an assignment of more than 2 years as an offshore coordinator in Bangalore deploying Agile methods, SCRUM and XP, between India and France, she specialized in Lean Management while following a "Master in Ethical Leadership© Development" in order to add the dimension of “savoir-être” (knowing how to be) skills, leadership and consideration of the human factor in effective change management.


In increasingly competitive environments, companies are being forced to review their operating model to move towards greater quality, greater efficiency, more speed and agility in their production cycle and availability of products and services on the market with increasing proximity to their customers. Lean Management is a real lever to initiate process optimization. However, according to organizations, the cultures in place and the way to deploy the Lean approach, this dynamic can create much discouragement, fear and inertia to change. It is essential to equip Managers, such as experts in concepts, tools and complementary skills, in order to include the human factor in change management to ensure that the decisions taken throughout the deployment of Lean are beneficial at all levels including in human terms.
