Biography

My name is Marek Tryliński and I'm an Agile Software Gardener. For past 5 years I worked as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Trainer and Project Manager. During this time I worked with over 30 Scrum teams. My mission is “make as many people stop working in IT industry as possible”. I don’t mean to optimize so much, that they won’t be needed anymore. There is a chineese saying “Do what you like, and one day, you will stop working”. My mission is to make great working enviroment for as many IT professionals as possible. Currently I’m working as aa Agile Coach.

Description

Scrum was invented in hostile enviroment, in different, sometimes opposite interests. And in many cases it worked well. But what about friendl enviroemnts? Do we still need PO and SM to have different approach? In my talk I would like to compare both situation in number of humorous slides, filled with funny situations from ma past experience. I wuld like to help attendees to recognize in which soup they are, and give them a few tips what to do, and what not to do according to their own enviroment.
