Biography
Alex discovers Agility in 2004 and supports its promotion in Europe, Asia and India for Yahoo International from 2005 to 2009.
In early 2009, Alexander founded AGILETOYOU to train and support many customers eager to become "Agile" (Orange, EDF, Total, Samse, BBC, HP, Schneider, Sanofi ...) and since 2012, Alexandre deploys the agility outside of IT.
Alex is a frequent speaker in French conferences and is vice president of CARA Grenoble (Club Agile Rhône Alpes) ... and a game lover
Description
It is always difficult to start an agile project, especially if it is the first!
Even after a training course, it is not easy for a Product Owner to know where to start with the subject, do well to write the first draft of the Product Backlog and establish an initial roadmap. For a Scrum Master, it's always a big challenge to facilitate the creation of a team, because if intheory it seems "simple", with real people, it is always more difficult.
And what about the team itself ... most of the time, nothing is done for them.
This session will introduce the concept of 60-30-10 from J. Richard Hackman, who states that the success of a project depends largely on its preparation and launch. It will also describe a sequence of specific agile practices I'm using when I start a project.
