The A-team, an agile story

Biography

I am a freelance Front-End Engineer living in Rome, Italy, passionate about agile methodologies, web development and standards, contributor to the Open Web as tech writer and speaker.

Description

Every project needs a team, and to achieve the project goals you need practices, patterns, workflows, skills, and so on. In this talk I will tell you my attempts to implement Agile in software projects I carried out in Italy, what worked and what didn't, and explain why everything was easier in the 80s.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, and 80s TV series.

Benefits for the attendees

Attendees will learn from my personal experience to improve their attempts to implement Agile in software projects.
