Agile Way of Life

Simon likes to describe himself as a convinced and active agilist. He started his first agile experience with Scrum 5 years ago. Today, he is greatly involved with the organisation Agile Rennes (West of France) and its Agile Tour to exchange and raise awareness on agile values and principles. He is a facilitator at a banking IS company and a coach for teams and projects willing to implement collaborative practices. Curious and open-minded he likes to share views on what people think of agility.

Doing agile is good, being agile is better and living agile is... Because agility values are not only applicable to our job, come and share with us you "Agile Way of Life"! We practice agility everyday at work. We believe that going home and not being agile is irrelevant. That is why we invite you to come and experience the agility that inhabits our very souls, which we implement in our professional activities. Objectives of the session: Sharing views on the principle that agility is not a matter of practice but a state of mind. The aim is not to convince you but to discuss. Once this state of mind has been gained or developed, agility at work becomes an inexorable logic. We offer you this session because agility values are not only applicable to our job. Come and share with us your "Agile Way of Life"! Throughout our everyday activities and personal experience, we invite you to find out what agility can bring in everyday management. While searching a job or raising our children, while attempting to lose weight or organising a family gathering, we will show you how good practices based on agility can apply to your personal life. We will realise thanks to you and your personal experiences if we are possessed or if we are a community of people who embody agility At the end of the day, our goal is to share and enhance your/our activities and potentially make it step into the professional world! A real paradox!
